RAISE28 Ministry

RAISE28 is a Christian Youth Center in Mount Joy, PA. Our mission is to reach local youth with the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ. We provide afterschool programming (Monday through Friday) for students from Kindergarten to twelth grade. Our programming consists of Academic Assistance, Social Support and Spiritual Development. The Spiritual Development is most important, as we teach kids about the God that is in the Bible, so they are not relying on the god they hear about on the streets or they make up in their own minds. Each day, we provide a Bible lesson, a devotion and/or a testimony, to ensure that kids are learning about the God that is in the Bible. We were founded on July 16th, 1982, as our former name, Rainbow’s End Youth Services (REYS). RAISE28 is supported by local churches, volunteer organizations, businesses and individuals.

Here’s how your gift can help:

• A $225 gift will give 15 students backpacks that are filled with school supplies.
• A $650 gift will cover the cost for RAISE28 students to go on a weekend retreat, where they can connect with God and experience the beauty of His creation.
• A $1,300 gift will cover the one month cost for getting the word out through social media, our website and other communications
