Faithful Give

“Faithful Give's mission is to connect generous donors to kingdom causes. Galatians 6 tells us, ‘to not grow weary in doing good, and especially to the household of God’. Faithful Give is a great event because not only are we connecting generous donors with Kingdom Causes, but we're ‘not growing weary in doing good, especially those in the household of God’. What a wonderful opportunity we have to pray for organizations, to give to organizations, and to also volunteer our time. It really is our time, our talent, and our treasure that we're giving to those who are connected with Faithful Give.”

Belief & Values Alignment

The mission of Faithful Give is to personify Jesus’ love to the Lancaster community by connecting biblically faithful donors and organizations so they can joyfully partner together in redemptive causes. Faithful Give provides venues to celebrate God’s provision, encourage local leaders, and advance Jesus’ Kingdom. Our mission is based upon our shared belief in the Apostle’s creed and the authority of the Bible.

Faithful Give is committed to upholding values we consider essential to fulfilling our mission. These values are based upon the following beliefs:

  • We believe in one living and true God existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  
  • We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary as fully God and fully man.  
  • We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates and sanctifies every believer.  
  • We believe the Bible is the inspired and inerrant word of God, the infallible authority for truth and morality by which God directs and governs mankind. 
  • We believe all humans have innate dignity because they are created in God’s image as male and female.  
  • We believe sin has corrupted human nature so extensively that only God can fully heal it.  
  • We believe a person is saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ who accomplished the redemption of His people through His life, death, and bodily resurrection.
  • We believe Jesus ascended to heaven, is now reigning as Lord, and will return.
  • We believe a rightly ordered understanding of life is given in the Bible and derived through a grammatical, historical, and redemptive interpretation.  
  • We believe the church is composed of all true believers who are empowered by the Holy Spirit to live godly lives and bear fruit for God’s glory.  
  • We believe, by turning from God, all people are separated from Him and remain under judgment unless they repent and accept God's forgiveness.
  • We believe the redeemed will be eternally restored to God and, thus, to all things in a new creation.

Faithful Give recognizes that people of good faith and character hold different views, but we are committed to upholding our beliefs and values.

Our Board

David Kieffer serves as a local pastor at Ephrata Reformed Presbyterian Church. He has worked with young adults, families and refugees relocated to Lancaster from Burma and the Congo. Before moving to Lancaster in 2017, David served for 20 years with DiscipleMakers, a Pennsylvania based college ministry. David graduated from Bucknell University, Biblical Theological Seminary, and LBC’s Capital Seminary and Graduate School.

Lynette Morales serves as an Everence Stewardship Consultant working closely with Latino congregations helping them integrate their faith and finances through congregational services, leader resources, and stewardship education. A native of Lancaster, she sees how people’s lives are changed when they are able to integrate their faith and values with their financial decisions. Lynette is a board member of Bridges of Hope, serves with Cypher Spot, and attends Christ Alone Fellowship in Lancaster City. Lynette and her husband have three children.

Jim Adams is a retired lawyer, having been a partner at Barley Snyder.  He moved to Lancaster in 1980.  Brought up in the Dutch Reformed Church, Jim has been a member at Westminster Presbyterian Church since 1981, where he has served as a Deacon, the Director of Children’s Church, and a teacher of several adult Sunday School classes.   Jim has been very active in the community.  He spent 12 years on the Manheim Township School Board, including 6 as Board President, as well as serving on Boards of numerous Lancaster County nonprofits.

Steve Bucklen has resided in Lancaster County for 59 years. He has been a financial professional for his entire career. His roles have included corporate controller, chief financial officer for a nonprofit, and partner in a local CPA Firm. Steve has extensive experience in nonprofit accounting and auditing.

Sarah Tarnowski serves as the Love Life Central PA city director working with churches in Lancaster and York Counties to unite and mobilize them for prayer for the unborn and to equip them to help mothers with unplanned pregnancies through Love Life’s House of Refuge network. Sarah grew up in New York City and has lived in Lancaster County for three years. She started doing mission work at a young age and is passionate about equipping the body of Christ to be His hands and feet and engaging the younger generation in Kingdom-minded endeavors. Sarah and Josh have been married for one year and are soon expecting their first child.

Kurt Weaver is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Pennsylvania Family Institute. Born in Lancaster, Kurt worked in the Christian music industry as an artist manager, concert and festival promoter, and radio promotions director at WJTL. He also spent eleven years as a Pastor. Kurt equips church leaders to play a significant role in their communities. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, and the Pastors College in Louisville, KY. He and his wife have eight children.

Sharon Tschudy is owner of Trump Tschudy Design LLC, created in 1991. Supporting both corporate and not-for-profit organizations and their users, Sharon combines strategic thinking and research to create client branding. She is dedicated to collaborate and inspire individuals and teams with a full range of branding materials to support marketing goals and ROI. Sharon and her husband are avid visitors of art galleries, arboretums, and museums.

Courtney Mallon is a seasoned communications executive in the pharmaceutical industry. A storyteller at heart, she is passionate about translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that inspire belief in the mission, the medicine and the people behind it. Born in Lancaster but raised in the South, Courtney enjoys discovering Lancaster alongside her husband, their two children and German Shorthaired Pointers, Liberty and Freedom. The family attends Westminster Presbyterian Church and is thankful to be part of this wonderful community. Grounded in the promise of Matthew 16:18 - “I will build my church” - Courtney is honored to play a small role in supporting Faithful Give’s mission and advancing Kingdom work for our good and His glory.

Eleanor joins Faithful Give as an honorary board member after a long career of serving on many local boards and committees. She is very busy in the community, teaching three Bible studies weekly, one which consists of Amish women. She has been a sponsor of Faithful Give since its beginning days. She is the author of four books, and is currently working on a new book on widowhood. Her first book, "Dancing From Darkness", is the story of her life as a young girl during WWII in Nazi Germany, and her coming to the US alone at the age of thirteen - this book won a national award. She serves on many committees and boards, is an active member of the Lancaster Rotary, and teaches for Child Evangelism Fellowship. In addition to being a popular speaker throughout Lancaster County, Eleanor is a professional ballroom dancer and has won many first place metals!
