Milandila Community Missions

Sophie never knew her father. Her mother abandoned her. As a child, she
endured abuse and neglect, washing laundry to pay her school fees until she was
forced to choose between an education and food.

At just 16 years old, Sophie became pregnant by a much older man who
abandoned her. Alone, ashamed, and desperate, she stopped eating and even
threw herself from a cliff, believing there was no future for her or her baby.

Then she found Jesus through Milandila.

Sophie experienced compassionate medical care, women who walked beside her,
and a community that loved her enough to share the hope of Jesus Christ. For the
first time, Sophie knew dignity, belonging, and the promise of a different future.

This is why Milandila Community Missions exists: to share the love of Christ
through healthcare, discipleship, and evangelism in Uganda.

Every part of Milandila exists for one purpose: to build relationships that open
hearts to the Gospel.
