Ghana Initiative Mobile Medical Mission

The vision of Ghana Initiative Mobile Medical Mission (GIMMM) is to see the Great Commission realized in Ghana as people give their lives to Christ and walk in freedom. We want to see passionate followers of Christ develop and grow in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and see every follower of Jesus grow to be increasingly like him and help others to do the same.

Our ministry welcomes volunteers who are willing to give of themselves to see the lives and hearts of the poor and needy transformed in the name of Jesus!

Ghana Initiative Mobile Medical Mission was founded in April of 2012 by a Ghanaian National. His wish was to bless the poor and needy people of his home country by providing free medical care to those living in rural towns and villages. This was accomplished by setting up Pop-Up clinics manned by volunteer doctors, nurses and medical clinicians from across the USA. All along, the focus has been about being intentional about fulfilling the Great Commission found in Matthew 8:16-20.

GIMMM sends teams of 10-15 missionaries to Ghana two times each year and has two official NGO’s, GIMMM USA and GIMMM Ghana. Both are lead by a board of directors and administered by President Troy Pfoutz in the USA and President Bernadine Ansah Asare in Ghana.

Here’s how your gift might help:

• $10 can provide a Bible printed in the local language
• $25 can provide monthly pre-natal medications for an expectant mother
• $35 can provide monthly school fees for a primary/secondary child
• $65 can provide monthly fees for a university aged student
• $100 can provide clean water for a rural village of 200 for one month
• $1000 can support a missionary to Ghana
• $1500 can provide housing for a family of 6 for six months
