Conestoga Valley SEEDS

Our mission is to cultivate a healthy, thriving Conestoga Valley community. We are doing this by enriching lives by connecting our community to Housing Resources, Educational Supports, and Health Services.

We were birthed out of the dream and heart of one of our Conestoga Valley social workers, Katie Reiff. As Katie continued to see the needs within our community grow, she had a heart to create a space where individuals and families could find safe community, resources and tools to help them remove barriers that were hindering them from being healthy, thriving member of our community. We became a nonprofit in October 2022.
