Chaplains Corps of Lancaster County

The Chaplains Corps is made up of Christian chaplains, counselors, and business partners on a mission to bring hope and comfort to First Responders who sacrifice their lives for our communities. We are a non-profit corporation registered with the state of Pennsylvania and an approved 501(c)3 corporation with the IRS.

Here’s how your gift can help:

$1,800 provides our organization one month of operating costs, including:
– Temporary housing for homeless
– Food and drinks for incidents that are larger in scale
– Equipment needed to serve at incidents
– Tables, chairs, plates, flatware, towels, napkins, cups, etc.

$1,500 supplies one of our chaplains with all the equipment they need to serve in the field, including:
– Our police chaplains wear armor plated vests for their protection
– Our fire chaplains wear proper protective equipment for their duties
– Some wear full turn out gear to be able to assist with actual fires

We do not have a single employee. ALL of our staff and chaplains are 100% volunteer. Our entire team uses their own vehicles, with their own fuel. Our goal would be to purchase a proper vehicle for responding to emergency incidents.
