Unrestricted Ministry

The focus of our ministry is to see lives living UNRESTRICTED with Jesus and for Jesus. We do this through hosting worship/activation gatherings (in high schools, churches, tents, anywhere!), releasing training resources, and partnering with ministries through speaking engagements.

In 2022, Cody (the founder, who at the time was a high school teacher) and a group of students started dreaming about what it would look like to see high schoolers rise up and contend for their schools to be transformed by Jesus. That dream became reality with the first-ever Unrestricted gathering at Garden Spot High School, where nearly 300 students and five partner ministries came together to worship, pray, and believe for revival. That night was unforgettable—students wept in surrender at the front of the stage, lives were given to Jesus, and baptisms took place right on the front lawn of the district office. Seeing the power of God move so tangibly stirred something deep within Cody’s heart, marking the beginning of a movement.

Shortly after, students from other schools who had attended the gathering reached out, asking how they could host something similar in their own schools. This led to the birth of Unrestricted Schools, an initiative within Unrestricted that partners with students, churches, ministries, schools, and parents to host worship and activation gatherings where students can Encounter God and Engage with People.

Unrestricted has now grown to be a ministry that partners with local churches/ministries for itinerant speaking opportunities, is building out an initiative to help local youth groups have youth group outreaches in schools, and continues to develop and release resources to see lives lived UNRESTRICTED with Jesus and for Jesus.
