Tomorrow Clubs International

Tomorrow Clubs International (TCI) is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to equipping local churches to disciple the next generation. Founded in 1997 as a ministry of HOPE International in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, TCI was created in response to the growing need for churches to intentionally reach and disciple children and teens in their communities. While TCI now operates as an independent organization, many of our faithful supporters and ministry partners remain connected to us through the Lancaster community that helped launch and sustain the work in its earliest years.

Today, TCI serves in 11 countries, with the majority of our ministry concentrated in Eastern Europe and Southern Africa. We partner with local churches to strengthen their capacity to reach, disciple, and develop children and teens into lifelong followers of Christ and future church leaders.

Our ministry focuses on strengthening, not replacing, the local church. We provide Christ-centered discipleship materials, train and support local volunteers, build trusted relationships with church leaders, and cast a vision for long-term discipleship within their congregations.

As churches embrace a culture of discipleship, they are better able to retain young people, engage families, raise up new leaders, and become self-sustaining disciple-making communities. Our vision is to see flourishing churches filled with passionate disciple-makers who are building the church of tomorrow.
