At Lighthouse Vocational Services, we believe God created everyone with value and purpose for life. Founded in 1975, Lighthouse Vocational Services offers a variety of employment programs and services for job seekers through programs such as pre-vocational and vocational training and coaching, educational enrichment, community engagement, and employment services. In addition, Lighthouse provides community partnerships, pathways to strengthen social and career readiness skills, and a robust student transition program in concert with several school districts.

Lighthouse Vocational Services provides a safe, encouraging environment in which job seekers, with a wide range of abilities, can grow their skills while receiving coaching and training. Our mission is to support individuals in their journey toward meaningful employment.
