Servants, Inc.

Cause Profile:

Servants, Inc. is a Christian nonprofit founded in 2000 with a mission to serve Christ by serving others, particularly older adults, individuals with disabilities, and low-income homeowners in need of critical home repairs. Our focused ministry area is aging in place and safe housing — we help vulnerable homeowners remain in their homes safely, with dignity, by providing accessibility modifications, repairs, and maintenance they otherwise could not afford. From building wheelchair ramps and repairing roofs to installing grab bars and addressing fall hazards, we aim to reduce housing-related risks that threaten health, safety, and independence.

Over the years, Servants has grown from a small group of volunteers into a multi-county home repair ministry, completing thousands of projects with the help of churches, businesses, and community volunteers. We are a proud member of the Coalition for Home Repair and the National Aging in Place Council, connecting us to national best practices and a network of like-minded organizations working to ensure safe and affordable housing for all. Our story is one of faith in action — transforming homes, lives, and communities through the power of compassionate service.
