Cause Profile:

Founded in 1978, Catalyst Christian School (formerly Lititz Area Mennonite School) has been faithfully serving families in our community for nearly five decades. Today, we enroll 345 students from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing a Christ-centered education that blends academic excellence with intentional spiritual formation.

At Catalyst, we are more than a school—we are a community. We partner closely with families to nurture students in an environment where they are known, challenged, and encouraged to grow. Rooted in Christ, our classrooms emphasize not only strong academics but also character development, servant leadership, and a love for others. From our youngest learners to our high school students, we seek to cultivate curiosity, integrity, and a lifelong faith.

Catalyst is fully accredited by the Commission on Elementary Schools of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (CES/MSA) and is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the Mid-Atlantic Christian Schools Association (MACSA). Everything we do is grounded in our belief that education is a calling, one that shapes both the mind and the heart—living out the truth that “Love…always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres” (I Corinthians 13:6–7).
