Vision: The vision of Solanco Neighborhood Ministries is to provide a support network, promote personal and spiritual growth, increase self-sufficiency, and break the cycle of poverty within our Solanco community.

We are a faith-based, non-profit social service organization located in the heart of Quarryville. We were founded in 2012 by the Solanco Pastors Fellowship to serve and advocate for under-resourced individuals in the southern end of Lancaster County. Solanco Neighborhood Ministries is primarily funded through generous donations from individuals, churches, local businesses, and organizations.

The ministry oversees a food bank and offers programs and services to meet basic needs of food, clothing, housing and utilities. It further offers programs to the community that address physical, emotional, financial, social and spiritual needs.

Examples of how your gift can be used:

• $8.60- provides one child weekend meals (SNM serves 270 children each week)
• $25- provides a family with a gas card for transportation to employment and medical appointments
• $40- provides a family with a holiday meal
• $90- the cost of 1 bundle (300 bags), used to send home weekend meals
• $145- the cost of a food order for a family of 1-2 people
• $300- the amount of heat/fuel SNM provides a client through its heat/fuel match program
