Hope Within Ministries

Hope Within was founded in 2002 and opened in 2006 with the mission of sharing God’s love by providing free primary health care to our uninsured, financially eligible neighbors residing in Lancaster and Dauphin Counties. In 2014, Hope Within expanded our reach by providing mental health counseling. As the need for counseling grew, we raised funds to add an addition to our building in order to provide more space for counseling. In the vacated counseling room, we added free primary dental care to our services. Each one of these services is staffed by professionally licensed volunteers.

Here’s how your gift may help:

• Your gift of $50 provides for: (2) bottles of prenatal vitamins for a pregnant mother OR (1) set of dental x-rays for a child.
• Your gift of $75 provides: (1) asthma inhaler for (1) patient
• Your gift of $100 provides for: (1) dental exam and cleaning for (1) child.
• Your gift of $150 provides (1) medical visit for a child with an acute illness.
• Your gift of $250 provides for (1) Diabetes A1C Test Kit Pack of (5) tests.
• Your gift of $500 provides for a (1) month supply of insulin pens for (1) patient.
