Restart Training Center Ministry

Give to this cause October 19-21!

Cause Profile:

Restart Training Center Ministry (RTCM) is a Christ-centered, faith-based residential recovery support program for men overcoming addiction and life-controlling issues. Founded in October 2015, RTCM operates on a 90-acre farm in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, providing a structured, minimum six-month program focused on life transformation through spiritual development, counseling, and vocational training.

The ministry offers a comprehensive array of services including weekly individual and group counseling, life-skills and spiritual instruction, 12-step support group participation, community service, relationship counseling, and recreational activities. Students—what RTCM calls its residents—are supervised 24/7 by dedicated live-in intern staff and are supported through every aspect of their recovery journey, including transportation to medical and legal appointments.

Led by Pastor Jaime Santiago, a Teen Challenge graduate with over 37 years of sustained recovery, RTCM is committed to restoring lives and rebuilding families. Though not a formal member of any organizational association, RTCM upholds professional counseling standards through the leadership of credentialed staff and faith-based partnerships.
