Love INC of Lancaster County

Connection Central (Love INC) is a Christ-centered nonprofit focused on mobilizing churches to address relational, material, and systemic poverty across Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1992, our ministry exists to transform lives and communities by connecting people in need with holistic, church-based support that restores dignity and fosters long-term stability.

Our core work centers on building a coordinated network of local churches, volunteers, and community partners who serve together through Connection Central—our collaborative model for relational poverty alleviation. Rather than offering isolated services, we prioritize transformation through relationships, helping individuals and families move from crisis to sustainability through consistent care, mentorship, and practical support.

Our story is rooted in a growing recognition that poverty is not just financial, but deeply relational and spiritual. In response, we equip and unify churches to move beyond transactional charity toward redemptive engagement—walking alongside neighbors in ways that reflect the love of Christ.
